A craft from the Crazy Craft DVD Collection

Materials:

• Pinecone
• Elastic band
• Corrugated cardboard
• 2 huge pom poms
• 3 fuzzy pipe cleaners
• 2 big pom poms
• Construction paper
• Glue
• Yellow tape
• Large paper cup
• Tape
• Feather

Cut circle from corrugated cardboard same size as base of pinecone and glue to base of pinecone.

Wrap elastic band around pinecone about midway down.

Slip two huge pom poms under elastic band to fasten. These are cheeks.

Stick piece of fuzzy pipe cleaner into pinecone above cheeks for the nose.

Glue two bits of construction paper to centre of two big pom poms for eyes.

Fit two big pom pom eyes into pinecone above nose.

Wrap fuzzy pipe cleaner around top of pinecone and bend ends up for ears.

Put one yellow tape stripe down each side of paper cup with yellow tape.

Tape narrow strip of dark construction paper on each side of yellow stripes.

Cut feet at bottom of folded construction paper, and separate for two legs.

Attach one leg to each sides of cup at bottom.

Wrap one fuzzy pipe cleaner around top of cup for arms, glue if needed.

Glue feather on back of cup for tail.

Glue pinecone head to top of cup.
