Dump Truck

A craft from the Crazy Crafts DVD Collection

Materials:

• Small box
• Medium box
• Large box
• Construction paper
• Paint
• Scissors
• Glue
• Silver crayon
• 2 pipe cleaners

Cut top and one side off large corrugated box. Keep to the side.

Glue four construction paper circles on either side of medium box for wheels.

Draw design in centre of each wheel with silver crayon.

Place small box for cab on top of medium box so it sticks out in front.

Trace line of back edge of cab on medium box.

Glue construction paper windows to front and sides of cab.

Line up large box on medium box at traced line.

Make sure open sides of large box are facing up and back.

Tape boxes together securely at back only.

Stick pipe cleaners in top corners of cut off box side between layers of corrugated cardboard.

Bend pipe cleaners so they stick up from flat side of cardboard.

Fit side of box back onto back of big box so pipe cleaners are at top.

Tape pipe cleaners to inside of big box to attach back flap.

This back flap can now open.

Tape cab onto medium box at front.
