Materials:
- Toilet paper roll
- Waxed paper
- Paint
- Scissors
- Elastic band
Cut square from waxed paper and lay over one end of toilet paper roll.
Fasten with elastic band so waxed paper is stretched taut.
Hum into open end to make sound.
