The Biggest Eater in the Forest: Fox

A Crazy Quilt craft

Materials:

  • 2 pointed paper cups
  • Paint
  • Stretchy elastic
  • Scissors
  • Birthday hat with chin strap
  • Single hole puncher
  • Marker

Paint pointed paper cups and birthday hat and let dry.

Punch two holes opposite each other near open end of each paper cup.

Thread one piece of stretchy elastic through all four holes in paper cups.

Stand cups on top of your head (for ears) and tie elastic under your chin to fasten.

Colour tip of birthday hat for fox's nose and draw on whiskers with marker.

Hold open end of party hat against your face (over your nose and mouth) - this becomes fox's snout.

Mark spot on bottom of snout for fox's mouth and cut out. This will also help you to breathe when wearing snout.

Put party hat over your face below your eyes and put hat's elastic chin strap around back of head to hold fox's snout in place.
