Jolly Snowman Treats

This light and fluffy recipe is a great treat on a snowy day.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • Popcorn (3-5 cups or as needed)
  • Jimmies, gumdrops, candy canes, silver candy balls, chocolate chips

Pop popcorn and set aside.

In a large pot, melt butter over a low heat.

Add marshmallows, stirring constantly until melted and then remove from heat.

Place popcorn in a large, lightly greased bowl.

Pour marshmallow mixture over the popcorn, add more popcorn if required.

Mix until the popcorn is evenly coated.

When mixture is cool enough to handle, start building snowmen! Begin by rolling a larger popcorn ball with a flat bottom for the base. Next, add two more balls for

the rest of the snowman. The mixture will be pliable enough to “glue” the 3 balls together.

Make as many snowmen as you have mixture, in whatever sizes you want.

Finally, decorate the snowmen with candies, gum drops, sprinkles, chocolate chips, candy canes – whatever your fancy!
