It is hard to get out but for your own mental sanity go. I joined a library group (Free) and we all still get together now and it will be 5 years in Febuary. Even if you go just to hear that you are not alone. It also gives you exposure to other new moms and moms that have more experience. Don't be afraid to ask quetions or discuss things that are concerning you. YOU are not alone and we all have had the baby that cried all night and you could not figure out why. So don't pull your hair out go out and talk to other moms or dads they will help. Try your local library or early years center in Toronto they are free.

one of the things my wife and i like to do with our little ones is going toboganning. or just rolling down the hill covered in snow. its great fun for everyone. Skyler
