Nevermind my kid, I love this show! This is one of two shows I can watch with my kid and not roll my eyes at. At least once every episode I laugh out loud at something (seriously, next time, look at Biz' face at the bottom right corner...priceless!) Plus we have had MANY experiences to sing the songs in real life. We got to sing the train song while on a train!! Call me crazy, but I would give up "educational" shows like Dora any day if I could see that ecstatic look in my son's eyes as we sang. Oh, and I'm not a teacher or an educator, I'm a parent. Let the kids have some fun! Go crazy! go crazy!

For me, the best part of the show is all the ska and punk bands they have as musical guests!

There are 20 shows all told in the first season.

Elijah Wood has only appeared in 1(Yo Gabba Gabba wiki page)

I absolutely love this show and so does my dd who is 2 years old. At first I thought the songs were really weird and sort of just made up on the spot, but after a while, they totally grew on me, and now I find myself dancing around the house with my kid singing "try it you'll like it" and "be nice to everyone, and you will have some friends".

And frankly, have you REALLY watched everything in the show? Like the super hero comic thing they have...totally hillarious! And I think it's kinda cool that they have celebrity guest stars...makes it interesting for the parents.

I totally agree. I LOVE this show and my 4 yr old little boy dances like crazy - it's his new favourite show. I'm surprised others haven't been equally enthusiastic. Plus I love the cameos.

The second season started yesterday on Nick Jr down in the US.. has anyone heard when we'll be getting the new episodes up here? Some of the guests for the second season look like they'll be pretty fun.

I absolutely LOVE this show. I find myself watching it when my daughter isn't even home! The songs are so catchy, and easy to remember. It's awesome to sing "Nap Time" song to my wee one when it's nap time, and the amazing "Don't bite your friends" that's a classic.

Dj Lance is amazing. He's so lanky, and energetic, I'd get him to do a birthday party for my little one any day! lol

I hope we get the 2nd season up here. I've got the whole first season on my PVR!

I just saw a video from the second season, and it's got the Ting Tings singing Brobee a birthday song. How awesome is that?!? Best kids show ever, for sure.
