Does anybody put on your child on warm clothing?

I made a checklist for all the children should wear.

1. Hat (hood)
2. Coat
3. Scarf, muffler or earmuffs
4. mittens or gloves
5. boots

Make sure your child bundle up so it will protect you from the cold.

When it gets cold enough here I bundle them up really good. Mittens and hat is a must!! And when the wind chill gets too much I make sure a scarf is covering their little faces!:)

My oldest hates her coat......... what a dilema. Most of the times we con her with oh no we are going to ...house and ....... but I find adding the coat to her dressing is the best and if I distract her that we all win or there is lots of tears I guess she can't let go of the carefree summer days

If it doesn't work we put the coat in the van (it is parked in garage ) and dress her when we get to our destination. she hates shoes but loves sandles and boots and sometimes uses socks as mitts

boy are we weird

I find mittens to be problematic. Maggie just rips them off and even when they're on her little hands never feel warm enough.

Mason hates the mittens he screams when he sees them. I bought him a pair of gloves for not so cold days. He thinks they are so cool and wants to wear them all the time. It was really cold the other day and he needed to wear the mitts. I put the gloves on and got all his stuff on and I stuck the mitts on over the gloves when he was in the stroller. No crying or screaming.

My kids are very good at getting all thier stuff on now. DS is a bit funny but realises he needs them if he wants to play outside. Although how he will cope with his snow suit is another matter.

Mum is the one who never wears a coat if she can help it.

Oh well, DS loves wearing his snow suit. However the snow is too deep in most parts of the garden for him to play in. He will want to be with the girls who do want to play in the deeper snow.

I have had to wear a coat this year. For some reason it just seems colder to me althiugh I see from my thermometers that the temps are not too excessive.

The school my girls go to "loan" snowpants if you "forget" them.

I 'm going to make sure that I really bundle up when cold comes.

That`s bad!

We had our first snowfall Sunday night/Monday morning and all 3 of mine were dragging out thier sonw suitsand boots...

In fact we stil have snow Im starting to get tired of it!
