Well, we got their costumes. DD1 is a witch, DD2 is Elina( Barbie from Fairytopia) but nothing yet for DS.

Forgot to mention, I hollowed out my first ever pumpkins today.

Normally the kids have gotten them from Beaavers, play-group, whatever, so I have had to do them myself before.

It didn't take as long as I expected about 30 mins for 3.

My first two were for the girls and had fairly standard scary faces.

I went a bit overboard on DS's and it has a more human face and a lightening scar on it's forehead.

DS was out this morning with his day-care trick or treating.

I'm going to pick the girls up early and take the 3 of them along the main street where all the shops are and maybe do one or two of the nearby roads to finish up.

Well, we spent 2 hours TorT-ing and ended up with a large bag of candy for each of the kids.

Mainly candy but a few apples and one of the local dentists gave out toothbrushes .

It was about 16C so we didn't need coats or anything and it was still resaonably light when we finished.

We finally finished the candy today. I'm the mean mum who only lets her kids have a few pieces at a time.

My kids went as George and Kramer from Seinfeld =D

I know that it is early for halloween but, I have to go to the store and get me a new costume.  I had to throw my magician/dracula costume out because I didn't fit me. When I go to the costume store, I will pick my new costume. I probably won't get a magician or a dracula. Maybe a ghost or a phantom.
