Dont fret about it :) Just ease into it.. DD was 2yrs when she stopped her midday nap! Dont feel like you have to specifically spend those 2 hrs with her, let her find her own things to do during that time. May be like you have your 'mommy time', she can her her own time. Or if you do give her some activities to do, spend 30 mins or so with her, and then let her get on with them herself.
Reading time is good too as suggested by Crazybrit, you can have quiet reading time also, where she can read the books herself, or just QUIET TIME, where she finds activities to get on with quietly.... :)
