    Sesame Street - new show

    Sesame Street is one of America's longest running children's television theme shows, educating both children and parents alike worldwide. Generations of kids and parents have grown up with the likes of Big Bird, Oscar the Grouch, Bert and Ernie and more recently Elmo. Abby Cadabby now joins this cast to make kids laugh as her other friends on the show do as well.
    I used to be such a sweet sweet thing
    Till they gotta hold of me.

    Ah! Tradional education

    I had to rely on my mother for that sort of stuff.
    I used to be such a sweet sweet thing
    Till they gotta hold of me.

    I had to rely on my mother for that sort of stuff.

    Well I think even tho kids get some education from the TV, things like the alphabet, numbers etc..are only reinforced by the box, proper learning takes place at home

    Lol, yes I know...
    I agree, I have seen such parents in action (or lack of it even) and am amazed by the lack of educational input. Good thing there are educational programs out there, especially for such parents!

    Well, CBC hasn't shown the Canadian version since 2002. I like the American version, though.
