    Waybuloo

I watched it and I really liked it. I can't tell if this is show is from Ragdoll productions or not.

    it's not a Ragdoll production.

The 100-episode show is filmed by The Foundation in Glasgow (Scotland) and animated and directed by Gallus Entertainment for Decode Entertainment in Toronto (Canada). Line produced by Matt Porter and Simon Spencer, part of the independent company, RDF Media's subsidiary The Foundation

I saw this show Sunday morning.  Most of it was cute and educational.  Then the children started meditating and the little kritter things started to levetate.  I was not impressed.
IMHO TreeHouse should remain religion free.  I am Christian, but I don't belive that there should be Christian shows on public television unless I want my children to be exposed
to other religions such as New Age religion which they now have been.
I understand that if you don't want your children to see something, change the channel, just like commercials, we have the choice to say 'No'.   But I've always really liked TreeHouse and
have been comfortable leaving it on without having to worry about censoring what comes on.  Now I can't do that.

What is the point of this show? I find it extremelly difficult to understand what they are saying or what is going on in the show. What is Waybuloo? What are the characters supposed to be? On the flipside my 1 and a half year old seems to not mind it but I don't understand it.

I agree with mommy mandy.  I was very concerned with the new age religious tone of this show.  It seems to be well designed to make very young children comfortable with new age teachings, which are contrary to our religious beliefs.  I do not expect tv to teach our religious beliefs, and I have no problem with teaching children to appreciate diversity, but that does not seem to be the message here, and I am very quick to change the channel when Waybuloo comes on.

So because the little things meditate and listen to Enya it's forcing your children to become deciples of "New Age" religion? Isn't it more like Yoga for kids?

I find that while it's on in the background, the music calms my little guy down a bit. He doesn't seem interested in the show, but, just like "In the Night Garden", he does seem to like it as background noise while we play.

I, too, am very concerned, with how Waybuloo is trying to indoctrinate our young children with New Age beliefs. As a mother of two young children, we have been avid watchers of Treehouse for several years! I have felt safe leaving Treehouse on channel 43, with no worries as to the values my children are being taught. However, since September, I have been putting on CBC kids. I do not know the times Waybuloo comes on, so I therefore am not willing to sit by the television, and wait to change the channel!  My children have not particularily even enjoyed the show, with its poor plot, or lack thereof! I do hope you reconsider your choice of programming!

I agree whole heartedly. When I first watched this show, I do as I always do, and give it a chance...but when all the crystal/levitation stuff started, I was very taken aback. The one place I never expected to see New Age being pushed was on a channel like Treehouse. My kids think it is weird, so I don't need to do anything.....they wander away til it is over.

Wow.  It's pretty crazy how people make things religious for no good reason.  They're doing yoga.  It's exercise.  They aren't praying to any God, or blessing themselves people - they're simply promoting good exercising habits.  Relax!

Yoga and meditation is not just "exercise."  It is connected to the religious beliefs of Hinduism and Buddhism.  I do not like the fact that Treehouse is airing this program and I will not allow this into my home.

Which is awfully ironic seeing as Buddhism is one of, if not the most ethical and gentle religions on the planet.
