This has been driving my wife and I nuts for weeks now.  Years ago, there were a series of short cartoons that aired on Treehouse.  I think they were produced in Europe but there were no spoken words.  The animation looked hand-drawn. 

 

Anyway, the cartoons featured a little boy who seemed to live in a world filled with cows.  They treated him like their beloved pet and he kept getting into trouble and the cows would help him.  It was very, very bizarre.  The closing credits had a parade of differently dressed cows marching row by row.  They carried signs that had the names of the people responsible for the show.  The song at the end (my memory could be a little shakey here) was just high-pitched singing of nonsese words like, "mommity, mommity, mommity mo".  Please, if anyone remembers this, can you tell me the name?!  Thanks in advance!
