Yes, there was! Good grief, I'd forgotten about Me-Do until I read your post. The show was called, "I Can Do It". They would show kids doing things like making a sandwich or looking after a cat, and then Me-Do would do it, and then there would be a song related to what Me-Do had just learned. It used to be on Treehouse all the time in 2003, but I haven't seen it since. But I was okay with that, because I couldn't stand Me-Do ;)
