Chicken can be creative in some ways. For instance, Some parts of the world, countries make chicken in theiry own way. In Hungary, they prepare paprika chicken. While at the table we talked about Greek gods( thanks to Class of the Titans, the girls had a small amount of knowledge) and places in Greece.

I am now trying some other countries cusines. In the past i have produced Indian, Chinese ansd Italian feasts for the family. Now I am trying more exotic things.

This week is going to be Mongolian. I have several recipes . I am going to make noodles for the first time.

The girls are making decorations for the table and are learning some historical and geographical factsabout the area. I'm thinking of relearning Xanadu for the occasion.

Does any-one have any other suggestions especially if it can fit in with a significant date for this country to make it more of a learning experience for the girls.
