    I don't think so. I went to a site to check this out and clicked on the actor that voices Toopy. There's a list of all the voice work he's done up to this point, and Dragon is not listed there, so I don't think he does Dragon.

    Yeah I would have to agree...I don't think it sounds like dragon either....have you noticed who his name is in the credits of the show?

    I actually do think that it sounds like dragon....especially in his laugh

    According to imdb, the voice actor for both Toopy and Dragon is Frank Meschkuleit.
